Born in 1980, Pramod comes from Shantipur in the western district of Gulmi. Before joining Awely, for eight years he worked in various Nepalese organizations concerned with women's welfare, conflict resolution, and local government, development and education, including human rights concerns.

These experiences have given Pramod the unique qualifications needed for our projects with specific targeted groups.
