.Where does the name Awely come from?
Awely comes from the name that Aboriginal women living in the Central Australian communities give to the law that regulates their ties to the land.

.Do you accept volunteers or interns?
No, at the moment, Awely can not accept volunteers or interns on any of its projects. 

.Does Awely fund other projects?
Since June 2006, Awely is developing its own programmes for which we are currently fundraising. Thus we are unable to award grants to other organization. Even though we work very closely with many of them.  
 

 

 




.How can I get involved or support you?
You can get involved in a number of ways: Make a donation is a first step. Visiting our website and telling others about us is another easy way. If you are from a zoo or a company, you may wish to become one of our partners. For this please visit our partners' page. Finally, we are sometimes looking for pro-bono experts such as illustrators or graphists. In that case, we post a news on the home page of our website.

.Can I receive a tax benefit if I make a donation?
Unfortunately, this is only possible for people living in France.
